Job Title: Discord Community Manager

Objective: To create and maintain a positive, engaging, and active community within our Discord server. This involves managing and moderating chat channels, ensuring that members are following community guidelines and rules, and fostering a sense of community by creating engaging content, hosting events, and facilitating conversations between members. Other key responsibilities may include:

• Developing and implementing strategies to grow the community and increase engagement

• Collaborating with other members of the community team, such as moderators and content creators, to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals

• Responding to member inquiries and concerns, and addressing any issues that may arise within the community

• Analyzing data and metrics to evaluate the success of community initiatives and make adjustments as necessary

• Keeping up-to-date with trends and developments in the gaming and online communities, and using this knowledge to inform community strategy and activities.
