As the Brand Expert, you will create and manage a wide range of digital assets, including ads, website elements, emails, and social media content. You will ensure visual consistency across all materials and channels, collaborating with various teams to provide digital assets and templates. Your role involves developing a cohesive visual communication strategy for 360 marketing campaigns, utilising market insights and understanding target audience needs. Additionally, you will effectively communicate design solutions to both management and colleagues.
- Design and create a wide range of assets for digital ads, websites, email campaigns, social media, printed collaterals, roadshow, and conference materials.
- Prepare and update brand documentation and guidelines, ensuring consistency and coherence in visual branding.
- Communicate and educate teams about the brand guidelines, fostering a shared understanding and adherence to the brand’s visual identity.
- Collaborate with diverse teams within the company, including medical, video, and product teams, providing them with digital brand assets and templates tailored to their specific needs.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive visual communication strategy for 360 marketing campaigns, considering research, market insights, and the challenges, needs, and behaviors of the target audience.
- Stay informed about market trends, conduct research, and gather insights to support marketing strategies and ensure the brand’s effectiveness in reaching the intended audience.
- Effectively communicate design solutions to both management and colleagues, presenting compelling visuals and articulating their strategic value in achieving marketing objectives.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- An excellent portfolio proving skills in creating brand & marketing collaterals across digital media channels
- Structured work approach to ensure the delivery of multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Adobe Suite (Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator), Figma or similar application
- Understanding of UX/UI, Website design and Design systems
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate ideas and be clearly understood, both in verbal and in written English
